You may also close your gbajji account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 3 business days, provided identity verification has been completed.
Self-exclusion closure: If you close your account as part of a self-exclusion request, gbajji will process the closure immediately and return your real-money balance.
